Hope you had a chance to see our downtown Swedish Christmas display. It was a busy December as usual with all the parties and concerts but we enjoyed it and hopefully you did too.

 

This month we start out with two concerts this month and then we can settle down to prepare for our Spring Concert, sometime in May, and the AUSS convention in June.

 

We have only one rehearsal before we sing at Hawthorn Woods on Wed. evening, Jan 11 so we will choose some music that we have been singing recently or that we know very well.

 Evert will be getting us directions to the location of the venue.

 

Then on Sunday afternoon, Jan. 22, we will head up to Rolling Hills Nursing Home again to sing for the residents in the nursing part of the facility. Last time was in the assisted living area.

 

So many people to thank for helping out with all things that have to be done during the holiday season. We just couldn't do it without you and I don’t have enough room to list everyone, but I want to especially highlight Donna Fortney who is so encouraging and committed to making our organization a success. We are truly fortunate to have her working for us.
